Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 Can Grand Cinnamon Rolls
- 6 Tbsp Unsalted Melted Butter
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Bridgerton Berries & Cream Creamer
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 10 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
For the Icing:
- Icing that comes with the cinnamon roll can
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Bridgerton Berries & Cream Creamer
- 3 Tbsp Strawberry Jam (without the strawberry chunks)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
Prepare the Pan:
- Grease a 10-inch pie pan with non-stick spray or melted butter.
Preheat the Oven:
- Set the oven to 350°F.
Arrange the Cinnamon Rolls:
- Place the cinnamon rolls in the greased pie pan.
- Pour the Bridgerton Berries & Cream Creamer in the gaps between the rolls.
Make the Cinnamon Butter:
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread 2 Tbsp of strawberry jam on top of each cinnamon roll.
Pour the Cinnamon Butter:
- Drizzle the cinnamon butter mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
Bake:
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to help the cinnamon rolls crisp up.
Make the Icing:
- While the cinnamon rolls are cooling, combine the icing mix (from the can), powdered sugar, Bridgerton Berries & Cream Creamer, strawberry jam (without chunks), and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth and well-combined.
Assemble and Serve:
- Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking and slightly cooled, drizzle the berry icing over the rolls.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh berries on top for a fresh touch.
Enjoy:
- Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool slightly before serving, and then enjoy your warm, berry-infused treat!
Tips:
- Make sure to allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before drizzling the icing to prevent it from melting too much.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of strawberry jam to your preference for a more or less intense strawberry flavor.
- These cinnamon rolls can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days—just reheat before serving!
