Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs π
- 1/2 cup brown sugar π
- 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix π₯
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). π‘οΈ
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and dry Italian salad dressing mix. ππ₯
Dredge the chicken pieces in the sugar mixture, coating them well. π
Place the coated chicken pieces in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle any leftover sugar mixture over the chicken. π½οΈ
Bake for 45-60 minutes, basting occasionally with the juices that form in the pan, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches a safe internal temperature. π
Serve hot, and enjoy your sweet and savory Italian glazed chicken! ππ₯
Notes
To make a complete meal in the pan, add 1 lb fresh or frozen whole green beans to bake along with the chicken.You can toss in some mushrooms to like I did (if you like them)
