Air Fryer Peaches

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, to taste
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Melted coconut oil, for greasing
  • Honey or maple syrup for drizzling, optional
  • Vanilla ice cream or yogurt for serving, optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°Celsius).

  2. Prepare the peaches: Halve and pit the peaches. Pat the cut sides dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

  3. Mix cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Prepare the peaches: Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with melted butter. Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered sides.

  5. Grease the air fryer: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with melted coconut oil.

  6. Arrange and air fry: Arrange the peach halves in the air fryer basket, skin side down, with the sugar-coated side facing up. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

  7. Cook the peaches: Air fry the peaches for 8-10 minutes or until they are soft and the edges are slightly caramelized. The sugar should be golden and caramelized.

  8. Serve: Let the peaches cool slightly. Serve them warm with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Optionally, serve with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a delightful presentation.
