Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme (chopped, or use Za’atar as a substitute)
- 1 Orange (juice and zest)
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
In a jar with a lid, combine the following:- Tahini
- Balsamic vinegar
- Orange juice and zest
- Lemon juice
- Minced garlic
- Fresh thyme (or Za’atar)
- Honey
- About 1/4 tsp salt
Shake:
Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined.Taste and Adjust:
Open the jar and taste the dressing. Adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or honey if desired.Adjust Consistency:
If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out by adding a bit more water or lemon juice, depending on your preference.
Notes:
- Storage: This dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to a week. Just give it a shake before using as it may separate over time.
