Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized avocados
- ½ cup pure raw cacao powder (heaped)
- 1 cup plant milk (use less for a thicker consistency)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the avocados into large pieces and place them into your food processor.
Add the cacao powder, plant milk, and maple syrup.
Step 2: Blend the Pudding
Start by pulsing the food processor slowly, then blend on high speed until the mixture becomes creamy.
Step 3: Optional Step – Chill the Pudding
For best flavor, let the pudding cool in the refrigerator. It will taste better after chilling!
Step 4: Serve
Add your favorite toppings on top of the pudding and enjoy!
Notes:
- I used almond milk for this recipe.
