Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes, peeled
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 4 whole eggs
- 6 large pickles, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
- 1/2 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until tender.
- Add the carrots and eggs to the pot and continue boiling for 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are hard-boiled.
- Drain the potatoes, carrots, and eggs and let them cool slightly.
- Chop the potatoes, carrots, and eggs.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, peas, ham, and dill (if using).
- Stir in the mayonnaise until the salad is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
