Dill Ranch Chicken Wraps

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 kosher dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, dill pickle juice, and dried dill.
  2. Microwave the tortillas on high for 30 seconds, or until warm and pliable.
  3. Spread half of the mayonnaise mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  4. In each tortilla, layer 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 2 kosher dill pickle slices, and 1/2 cup cooked rotisserie chicken.
  5. Fold the opposite edges of the tortilla to the center, overlapping the filling slightly.
  6. Starting at one of the folded edges, roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  7. Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
