Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 4 kosher dill pickle slices
- 1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, dill pickle juice, and dried dill.
- Microwave the tortillas on high for 30 seconds, or until warm and pliable.
- Spread half of the mayonnaise mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- In each tortilla, layer 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 2 kosher dill pickle slices, and 1/2 cup cooked rotisserie chicken.
- Fold the opposite edges of the tortilla to the center, overlapping the filling slightly.
- Starting at one of the folded edges, roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
