MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN BAKE

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place the diced chicken in the prepared baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian bread crumbs over the top of the chicken.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
