Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the diced chicken in the prepared baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the Italian bread crumbs over the top of the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
