KETO BIG MAC SMASH BURGERS

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 street taco-sized keto zero carb tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Keto Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 ½ teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 3 teaspoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 8 evenly sized balls.
  4. Place one ball of meat mixture on the front of a tortilla and press it down until it covers the entire surface. Repeat with the remaining meat and tortillas.
  5. Place the tortillas meat side down in the heated skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, smashing the tortillas flat with a spatula to flatten the burgers.
  6. Flip the burgers over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  7. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Keto Big Mac Sauce. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  8. Once the burgers are cooked through, spread a generous amount of the Keto Big Mac Sauce on top of each burger.
  9. Top each burger with shredded lettuce and dill pickle slices.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
