Cheesesteak Tortellini in Rich Provolone Sauce

 Ingredients:

- 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 2 pounds beef steak, cut into cubes

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 cups beef broth

- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the tortellini following the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until tender.

3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the cubed beef steak. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

4. Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Reduce the heat to low, add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, and toss to combine.

6. Sprinkle the provolone cheese over the top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.

7. Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional cheese.

Notes:

- Chicken or turkey can be used instead of beef steak.

- Feel free to substitute other types of pasta if tortellini is unavailable.

- Provolone cheese can be replaced with mozzarella or a cheese blend.
