INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the Ranch Cheese Balls:

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add Ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in shredded sharp cheddar cheese until evenly distributed. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Zesty Herb Cheese Balls:

  • In another mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and chopped chives. Mix until well combined.
  • Mix in shredded white sharp cheddar cheese. Set aside.

3. Assemble the Cheese Ball Wreath:

  • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form balls out of each cheese ball mixture.
  • Place the balls onto a serving tray or circular cutting board, arranging them in a ring shape to create a wreath. You may need to do this in layers if your tray is not large enough to fit all at once.
  • Refrigerate the cheese balls for 1-2 hours until firm.

4. Roll and Decorate the Cheese Balls:

  • Once chilled, roll each cheese ball in your chosen toppings: chopped cranberries, chopped pecans or almonds, sliced green onions or chives, and finely chopped parsley.

5. Garnish the Wreath:

  • Arrange fresh rosemary sprigs, thyme sprigs, mint leaves, and parsley leaves around the edges of the cheese ball wreath to create a festive garnish.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Chill the assembled wreath in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • To serve, place a small serving knife or spreading utensil nearby for guests to enjoy the cheese balls.

This should help you create a beautiful and delicious cheese ball wreath for your gathering! Enjoy your cooking!
