The ULTIMATE One Bowl Reese's Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups (217g) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup (237ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (170g) peanut butter chips
  • 24 miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare Batter:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Stir in the eggs and vegetable oil until well combined. Mix in the peanut butter chips.
  3. Assemble Brownies:

    • Spread half of the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Place the peanut butter cups on top of the batter (either whole or chopped, as preferred). Spread the remaining batter over the peanut butter cups. Sprinkle the Reese’s Pieces on top.
  4. Bake:

    • Bake for 20-26 minutes, or until the center just stops jiggling. The brownies are better slightly underdone than overdone. Allow to cool before slicing.
  5. Storage:

    • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to one month.
