- 2 (15 oz) jars queso (Tostitos Queso Blanco)
- 1 package oven-ready lasagna sheets (Barilla)
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Cook the steak: In a skillet over medium heat, cook shaved steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Chop into smaller pieces.
- Sauté vegetables: In the same skillet, cook onion, pepper, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the lasagna: Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Add a layer of queso, lasagna sheets, queso, steak, veggies, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Let rest: Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
Tips:
- For a spicier lasagna, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.
- You can substitute ground beef or Italian sausage for the shaved steak.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the steak.
