Traeger Nashville Hot Chicken Flatbreads


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen popcorn chicken
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • Dry Nashville hot seasoning blend
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 package Stonefire Naan Flatbreads
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pickle slices

Instructions:

  1. Cook popcorn chicken according to package directions.
  2. Mix melted butter, Nashville hot seasoning, salt, pepper, and honey.
  3. Brush butter on flatbreads. Toss popcorn chicken with remaining butter.
  4. Top flatbreads with coated popcorn chicken, mozzarella cheese, more seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Grill flatbreads at 375°F for 12-15 minutes. Add pickle chips during the last minute.

Tips:

  • Adjust the amount of Nashville hot seasoning to your desired spice level.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit the popcorn chicken and use a plant-based protein.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
