- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 3/4 cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Olive oil spray
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Prep chicken: Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise and pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Marinate in Italian dressing for at least 1 hour (longer is better).
- Prepare breading: Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a shallow dish. Beat egg in another shallow dish.
- Bread chicken: Dip chicken in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Spray with olive oil.
- Air fry: Air fry chicken cutlets at 400°F (200°C) for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
