- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking oil and set aside.

- Arrange chicken: Arrange chicken in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake: Bake on the middle shelf, uncovered, for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn on the broiler and broil for 1 1/2-2 minutes for a crispy top.
Optional additions:
- For extra flavor: Add spinach, kale, crumbled feta cheese, or red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- For a richer texture: Use a combination of Parmesan and Gruyère cheese.
- For a spicier kick: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
