Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and milk until well combined.
  3. Shape Meatloaves: Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into small loaves.
  4. Prep for Baking: Place loaves on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional Cheese Topping: If desired, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of loaves during the last 5 minutes of baking.
