Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup almond milk (splash)
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 3 frozen coconut cream cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 3 chunks of frozen pineapple (about 1/2 cup)
Directions:
Blend: Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape the sides down occasionally to help everything blend evenly.
Serve: Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it into a bowl.
Top: Add your favorite toppings! I used peach slices, granola, and coconut flakes for some extra texture and flavor.
