Apple Crisp Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen chopped honey crisp apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Blend: Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides to help everything blend evenly.

  2. Serve: Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it into a bowl (use a fun bowl for extra style — I love using Nomad coconut bowls!).

  3. Top: Add your favorite toppings! I used honey crisp apple chunks, granola, almond butter, and caramel for a delightful texture and flavor contrast.

  4. Enjoy: Now enjoy your sweet, creamy smoothie bowl packed with nutrients!

This bowl is a great way to start your day or have as a wholesome snack! The cinnamon and vanilla add a warm, comforting flavor while the apple keeps it fresh and fruity.
