Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen chopped honey crisp apple
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
Directions:
Blend: Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides to help everything blend evenly.
Serve: Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it into a bowl (use a fun bowl for extra style — I love using Nomad coconut bowls!).
Top: Add your favorite toppings! I used honey crisp apple chunks, granola, almond butter, and caramel for a delightful texture and flavor contrast.
