
Ingredients:
For the Porridge:
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup quinoa (rinsed)
- 1 small apple (diced)
- 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed

For Toppings:
- 4 tablespoons almond butter
- Ground cinnamon
- A splash of almond milk
- Sliced apples
Instructions:
Cook the quinoa:
- In a small saucepan, bring almond milk, quinoa, diced apple, and sea salt to a boil over high heat. Stir to combine.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Mix in the seeds and flavorings:
- Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the hemp seeds, ground flax, cinnamon, and maple syrup (if using).
Serve:
- Spoon the porridge into a dish and top with almond butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon, sliced apples, and a splash of almond milk if desired.
