Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes), mild or hot
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 4 Persian cucumbers, cut into slices
- 1 green onion, cut into slices
- 1 garlic clove (optional), minced
Step 1: Make the Sauce
Add the gochugaru, sugar, sesame seeds, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to a large mixing bowl.
Stir until everything is well combined.
Step 2: Add the Vegetables
Add the cucumbers, green onion, and garlic (if using) to the bowl.
Toss until the cucumbers are evenly coated in the sauce.
Step 3: Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy!
