Cranberry Jalapeño Dip


Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 6 medium fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 2 medium limes, juiced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pulse the cranberries, jalapeños, and cilantro in a food processor until blended.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in the sugar, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
