Ingredients:
- 16 ounces fresh cranberries
- 6 medium fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 medium limes, juiced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Pulse the cranberries, jalapeños, and cilantro in a food processor until blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in the sugar, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
