Ingredients:
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 5 cups water, total
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the tomato paste, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and 2 cups water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a large pitcher or container.
- Stir in the remaining 3 cups of water.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until thickened.
- Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.
