Ingredients:
- 2 cans (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Additional Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease or line a muffin tin with parchment paper.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
- Place the biscuit pieces in a large resealable bag. Add the butter mixture and shake to coat evenly.
- Place 4 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 14-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Tips:
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- If you don't have a resealable bag, you can combine the biscuit pieces and butter mixture in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- If you want the biscuit bites to be extra cheesy, add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese to each muffin cup before baking.
- Serve the biscuit bites warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce, pesto sauce, or ranch dressing.
Enjoy!
