Ingredients:
- 100g blueberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 waffles (toasted)
- 2 tablespoons quark (fat-free, plain)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, honey, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the blueberries are tender and have just started to burst.
- While the compote is cooking, toast the waffles according to package directions.
- Serve the waffles with the blueberry compote and quark.
