Ingredients:
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced English cucumber
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sliced chives, chopped dill, and ground black pepper until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Arrange the thinly sliced cucumber on one bread slice, then place the other bread slice on top with the cream cheese-side down to form a sandwich.
Optionally, trim the crusts off the sandwich and cut it diagonally into halves before serving.
