Walnut Blueberry Keto Breakfast Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein (vanilla or unflavored)
  • ¼ cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 dash of vanilla essence

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend.
