**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb (500g) brown or white mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
**Instructions:**
1. Clean the mushrooms by wiping the surface with paper towels and trim the stems slightly. Place the mushrooms in a container.
2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Stir well to combine.
3. Thread 3 or 4 mushrooms onto skewers, keeping the garlic butter herb marinade.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Place the mushroom kebabs on the grill directly over the heat.
6. Grill for 3 minutes on one side, then carefully turn the skewers over and grill for another 2 minutes.
7. While grilling, brush the remaining marinade onto the mushrooms.
8. Remove from the grill and serve the grilled mushrooms immediately.
