Peach and Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups sliced frozen peaches
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

Instructions:

  1. Add Ingredients:

    • To a high-speed blender, add the ingredients in the following order: milk, Greek yogurt, banana, frozen peaches, and maple syrup (or honey).
  2. Blend:

    • Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
  4. Optional Garnish:

    • If desired, garnish with a few slices of fresh peach, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, or a sprinkle of granola on top for added texture.

This smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast, a healthy snack, or a refreshing post-workout drink. Enjoy!
