Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 8 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:

    • In a pie dish, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions.
    • Press the mixture into the pie dish until it is smooth and even.
  3. Add Toppings:

    • Sprinkle the crushed Ritz Crackers evenly over the cheese mixture.
    • Top the crackers with the chopped bacon.
  4. Bake:

    • Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Prepare Pepper Jelly:

    • While the dip is baking, place the pepper jelly in a microwave-safe bowl.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  6. Finish and Serve:

    • Once the dip is done baking, pour the melted pepper jelly over the top.
    • Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies.
