- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare mushrooms: Wipe mushrooms with a clean kitchen towel. Do not wash.
- Sauté mushrooms: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, spice blend, salt, and pepper. Cook undisturbed until browned.
