Ingredients:
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (3-4 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare turkey: Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
