Mango Pineapple Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (plain, or substitute with coconut yogurt)
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add frozen mango, pineapple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

  2. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Substitution: Replace yogurt with a banana for a creamy texture.
  • Fresh Fruit: If using fresh fruit, reduce the almond milk by half or omit it and add ice instead.
  • Sweetness: The smoothie should be naturally sweet. If you prefer it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Blender: Use a high-powered blender for best results with frozen fruit.

Storage: Best enjoyed immediately. If needed, store in the fridge for up to 24 hours and shake well before drinking.
