- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Drain tuna: Drain the tuna and add it to a mixing bowl.
- Combine ingredients: Add dried cranberries, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix: Mix everything together and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Optional additions: Stir in chopped walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
