Delicious Chicken Florentine Recipe


Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • All-purpose or gluten-free flour

For the Sauce:

  • Shallots
  • Garlic

Instructions:

  1. Pound the Chicken: Pound the thick parts of the chicken to ensure even cooking.
