Ingredients:
- 12 frozen dinner rolls
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced (to taste)
- Black olives, sliced (to taste)
- Green olives, sliced (to taste)
- Feta cheese, crumbled (to taste)
- 6 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Dash of salt
- 12 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Let dough rise: Place frozen dinner rolls into ungreased muffin cups. Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rise at room temperature until doubled in size (approximately 6 hours or as per package instructions).
- Indent dough: Gently press down on each risen roll with your fingertips to create several indents, replicating the appearance of focaccia bread.
- Drizzle with olive oil: Drizzle each roll generously with olive oil, ensuring the oil fills the indents.
- Add toppings: Add your desired toppings (cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives, feta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and optional additions like spinach, kale, goat cheese, or red pepper flakes).
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake: Bake rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and serve: Let rolls cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
