Piña Colada Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (frozen for a thicker texture)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, agave nectar, or a ripe frozen banana)
  • Optional: 1 scoop ice cream
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
Optional additions:
  • 1/4 cup rum (for an alcoholic version)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Blend ingredients: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Optional additions:

  • For a thicker texture: Freeze crushed pineapple before blending.
  • For a sweeter taste: Add additional sweetener like maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar.
  • For an alcoholic version: Add rum.
