- 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape Loaf: Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Top and Bake: Spread the topping over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour, or until a thermometer inserted into the center reads 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
