Gourmet Crack Burgers


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices (for serving)
  • Mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bacon, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
  3. Grill: Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Toast Buns: Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
  5. Assemble Burgers: Place cooked patties on toasted buns. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your preferred condiments.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ground beef in your favorite marinade before cooking.
  • To prevent the burgers from drying out, avoid pressing down on them while cooking.
  • Experiment with different cheeses, such as pepper jack or Swiss, to add variety to your burgers.
  • Consider adding a fried egg or avocado to your burger for a gourmet twist.
