- 2 tablespoons honey

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
- Make the Peach Salsa: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Season the Chicken: Season the chicken with paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Add lime juice and honey, and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve: Serve the chicken over rice with the peach salsa. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
