Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup coconut milk

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
- Chopped peanuts
Instructions:
- Marinate Chicken: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- Grill or Skewer:
- Grill: Grill chicken skewers over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Skillet: Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve: Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro, lime wedges, and peanuts.
