This is the most DELICIOUS Peach Smoothie recipe!


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes (if using fresh peaches)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Peaches: If using fresh peaches, peel and chop them.
  2. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

  • For a thicker smoothie: Use less liquid.
  • For a sweeter smoothie: Add more honey or maple syrup.
