Pumpkin Cheese Ball Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pecans, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape cheese ball: Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  3. Serve: Unwrap the cheese ball and serve with crackers, vegetables, or bread.

Optional Additions:

  • For extra flavor: Add a splash of hot sauce or a drizzle of honey.
  • For a richer texture: Add a tablespoon of butter to the cream cheese mixture.
  • For a healthier option: Use low-fat cream cheese and low-fat cheddar cheese.
