Turmeric Morning Glory Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 small slice fresh ginger
  • 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: collagen powder or vegan protein powder, bee pollen

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend: Secure the lid and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed.
  3. Serve: Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

  • For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid.
  • For a thinner smoothie, add more liquid.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less fruit.
  • For a vegan protein boost, add a scoop of vegan protein powder.
