BROWNIE FROSTING

 Ingredients:
  • ⅔ cup (150g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons (30g) cocoa powder
  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
  • 4-6 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat the butter until soft and creamy.
  2. Mix in the honey, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. With the mixer on low speed, mix in the cocoa powder until just combined.
  4. Add the powdered sugar a little at a time, alternating with a tablespoon of milk, until the frosting reaches the desired sweetness and consistency.
  5. Frost cooled brownies or other baked goods.

Notes:

  • For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • If you want a thinner frosting, add more milk.
  • If you want a thicker frosting, add less milk.
  • The frosting can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • To bring the frosting to room temperature, let it sit on the counter for about 30 minutes before using.

I hope this is helpful!
