Vanilla Cool Whip Cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 15.25 ounces cake mix (any flavor)
  • 2 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, whipped topping, and egg.
  4. Mix until a cookie dough consistency is formed.
  5. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll each ball in confectioners' sugar.
  6. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1-2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
