Ingredients:
- 15.25 ounces cake mix (any flavor)
- 2 cups thawed whipped topping
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, whipped topping, and egg.
- Mix until a cookie dough consistency is formed.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll each ball in confectioners' sugar.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1-2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
