Orange Crush Cupcakes

 


**Ingredients**


**Cupcakes:**

- 1 box White Cake Mix

- 3 Egg Whites

- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

- 1 cup Orange Crush

- 5 tbsp Orange Jell-O Powder


**Frosting:**

- 1 cup softened Butter

- 3 cups Powdered Sugar

- 1 tbsp Orange Crush

- 2 tbsp Orange Jell-O Powder


**Instructions**


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

3. Combine cake mix, egg whites, vegetable oil, Jell-O powder, and orange soda in a large bowl.

4. Beat until well blended.

5. Fill liners 2/3 full with the batter.

6. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.

8. For the frosting, whip the butter and Jell-O powder together until fluffy.

9. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.

10. Mix in the orange soda until the frosting reaches your desired consistency.

11. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag and frost each cupcake.
