Ingredients:

- 8 Zucchinis
- 150g Boursin garlic and herb cooking cheese
- 150g Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C (th 6/7).
Wash the zucchinis and grate them coarsely. Steam them for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer them into an oiled baking dish.
Crumble the Boursin cheese over the zucchinis using a fork.
Mix butter, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper with your fingertips until you get a crumbly texture.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the Boursin cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot from the oven with a rocket salad.
