Zucchini and Boursin Cheese Crumble

 

Ingredients:

  • Serves 6
  • 8 Zucchinis
  • 150g Boursin garlic and herb cooking cheese
  • 150g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Preparation time: 15 min Cooking time: 20 min

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th 6/7).

  2. Wash the zucchinis and grate them coarsely. Steam them for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer them into an oiled baking dish.

  3. Crumble the Boursin cheese over the zucchinis using a fork.

  4. Mix butter, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper with your fingertips until you get a crumbly texture.

  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the Boursin cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Serve hot from the oven with a rocket salad.
