Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Muffin Tin: Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Mix Meatloaf: Combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
- Fill Muffin Tin: Divide the meatloaf mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing down to fill the cups halfway.
- Prepare Potatoes: Toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Top with Potatoes: Place potato slices on top of each meatloaf.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle cheese over each meatloaf and potato cup.
- Finish Baking: Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
