Instructions:
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, egg (if using), garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form meatballs: Using clean hands, form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Cook meatballs:
- Skillet method: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
